With it sounding like a real possibility that Trump may run for President, it struck me what would be unique to him that may just work to stabilize things.
He could choose, let's say five members of each party (forget the Tea Party please) and assign them a task...perhaps to find a way to lower the gas prices. They would then each find an arena to promote their thoughts. Of course there woulld be a Project Manager from each party to create and develop the promotional arena in which to 'fight their fight' before the public.
Then what would be voted upon by the public in attendance, would be which team made the most sense and was the most convincing. In fact in true American Idol fashion, the whole thing could be televised and the public could be asked to text or call in to vote for the team of their choice....maybe Ryan Seacrest could be solicited to host this part.
They would then all gather in Congress, and before the President they could all analyse who behaved and who did not in the process of selling their ideas. Here is where there could be a real 'clearing of the air', with the President awarding the winning team beautiful ribbons to wear around their necks throughout the congressional season.
Further on Trump, I saw what I thought was real, but what must have been a fake, haircutting on TV of The Donald which left him bald. He actually looked strong, commanding and great. I'm sure there must have been a bald leader since the King of Siam in The Kind and I, but I could not think of who it was. You'll probably know.
Finally, whomever was the best Project Manager would get to run for his/her party for the next election.
